A drop of water once loathed alone
Wishing he’d never go back home
As there, he felt lost
With no way to follow
The abundance of it all made him feel hollow
Deep within he spoke to himself
“ I’ll race to those corners where nobody can follow!”

The further he went away from his ocean
His being became full of stillness
His mind bred commotion
“ What is my purpose? What is my deed?
I have been all alone for long now,
Am I so necessary that I am still alive?
I have made myself unworthy of being!
I chose Isness when I was to Be, and now I wish to Be whilst I walk toward Isness!”

Then a smile shone upon his face
He realized that it was never too late to go home
And there, he is always loved for what he is
Be he smiling with joy, or sorrow making him moan!

He races back as fast as he can
“ I wish to be an Elephant? No! I wish to be a Man!”
He thinks to himself in excitement of the abundance that he can now be
He takes a high jump
Then he dives in to his ocean
Waiting to be all he can be

His smile grows bigger
As he now realizes
That his connection to his ocean had never been severed
It was his willingness that had gone for a ride

But now in being
He still awaits a moment
Were he’d be tested to find his will again
But then , like someone told me,
All I’ll need to do is think of this
“ Dorothy could always go back to Kansas!”
And I shall be back, in my ocean.
